Inteliheat Flexiplus Standard T4 Jacket range (IHF/*/T4)

• Ideal for gentle warming, to reduce viscosity and avoid winter freezing.
• Cost effective alternative when faster heating times are not required.
• No thermostat required. Will maintain a certain temperature above ambient. See following table for more information.
• 0-50°C thermostat can be added during manufacturing to reduce maximum temperature.

*   Size of heating jacket
** IHF/*/T4 standard products are able to maintain a set temperature above the ambient temperature. E.g. The 25L heating jacket will heat to 40°C above the ambient when operated at 240v. With a 20°C ambient temperature, the container wall temperature will be around 60°C
*** 1000L IBC standard heating jacket only for use with metal framed HDPE plastic liner IBCs. Not to be used with SX (metal frame, metal jacket) IBCs. SX and other styles / sizes of IBC can be catered for with our custom heating jackets

Inteliheat Flexiplus Standard T3 Jacket range (IHF-R/*/T3)

• Ideal for faster heating to higher temperatures.
• Fitted with adjustable thermostat as standard.
• Jackets only to be used with standard sized containers/cylinders – custom designs available for other sizes.

*    Size of heating jacket
**  Range assumes an ambient temperature of 20°C. Lower ambient temperatures may reduce the maximum temperature achievable.  
*** 1000L IBC standard heating jacket only for use with metal framed HDPE plastic liner IBCs. Not to be used with SX (metal frame, metal jacket) IBCs. SX and other styles / sizes of IBC can be catered for with our custom heating jackets
